AlchemyAlchemy — Monetize Iron Ideas

The tool nobody sells.
The idea nobody's built.

When it doesn't exist, we build it.

Maybe you're a founder with an app the world hasn't seen yet. Maybe you run a business that's duct-taping spreadsheets where software should be. Either way, the thing you need isn't for sale. We scope it, price it, and build it with you.

How we build

1
Scope it, price it.

One call on the problem and what fixing it is worth. You get a clear price up front, not a number that grows.

2
Build in releases you can see

Working software early and often, not a reveal at the end. You steer while we build, so nothing lands as a surprise.

3
Ship it. You own it.

Your code, your data, your accounts. We hand it over running, train your team, and stay available when you need us.

Real client work, running today.

Founder apps we took to launch, and business tools running every day. What they needed, what we built, and how it turned out. Ask us about any of them.

Racquet Resources is a white-label e-commerce platform that gives tennis, pickleball, padel, and squash clubs a fully branded online pro shop, without the club carrying inventory, building a website, or touching a payment system. It is a closed platform by design: each club’s storefront is private to its members, reached straight from the club’s member portal with no new account and no new password, with member-only pricing and pickup at the pro shop desk. Behind the storefront sit three role-gated apps: a Pro Shop app where club staff work the daily pickup queue and watch their money move, a guided self-serve onboarding that takes a new club from signup to live storefront in under an hour of focused setup, and a platform console, visible only to Racquet Resources, for curating each club’s catalog from a 22,000-SKU wholesale supplier feed and tracking revenue across the fleet.

NoCode Project Management

NoCode Project Management

Tech
BubbleNext.js

The NoCode Project Management site was originally built on Bubble to support the promotion and sale of NoCode Project Management, a book by Chris Schrade. The book lays out a clear, practical system for managing app-building projects from initial idea to final delivery. Drawing on Chris’s experience leading hundreds of no-code projects, it gives founders, freelancers, and small agencies a mental model for breaking down complex builds into manageable milestones, communicating effectively with developers, estimating costs realistically, and navigating common roadblocks like bugs, scope creep, and refinements. More than a technical manual, NoCode Project Management emphasizes the human side of collaboration, bridging the gap between visionary founders and detail-oriented builders. The framework equips readers with both organizational strategies and soft skills needed to guide projects smoothly, avoid wasted time and money, and ultimately deliver products that work.

When it doesn't exist yet.

For founders

Launch the app.

You have the idea, maybe the sketches, maybe a deck. We take it the rest of the way: product decisions, design, build, store listing, launch. Accounts, analytics, and the unglamorous parts included. You own all of it.

For business owners

Build the tool.

The workflow that runs on spreadsheets and memory. Quoting, bookings, client portals, member areas, e-commerce, dashboards. Built to match how your business actually runs, not how a vendor thinks it should.

Custom builds are estimated after the call.

We stay after launch.

Thirty days of support is included in every build. Past that, most clients keep us on the Maintenance Plan: updates, monitoring, a direct line, and hours each month for fixes and small requests. From $250 a month. See what things cost →

The Website Rebuild

Rebuilt so customers can find you, and so can the AI they ask first.

Starting at $1,500: up to five pages rebuilt on modern bones, your existing content moved over with an editorial pass, one round of revisions, and the findability foundation built in with a baseline you can measure against. More pages, new writing, or a site we have to lift off a legacy platform: estimated after the call.

Custom features, e-commerce, member areas? That's a custom build, and we'll tell you on the call.

We run what we build. Our own apps live on the same platform we build on, in front of real customers every day. See the apps →

Bring the idea. Bring the problem. We'll build it.
