What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website, alchemyapps.co, and nothing else. It does not cover our mobile applications, which are governed by their own separate policies provided through the app stores they are distributed on.
Information you give us
The contact form is the only place on this website where we ask you for personal information. It collects:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Company (optional)
- Project type (optional)
- Project description (required)
When you submit it, two things happen: the information is stored in our database, and a notification email is sent to us so we can reply. That's it. We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry.
The form does not record your IP address or your browser's user-agent.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. Every page of this site loads Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights. These tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, and how quickly pages load. They are not tied to a named individual by us.
Server logs. This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs. These logs are Vercel's, not ours. We do not control how long they are kept. They can include IP addresses, which is why the note above is specific to the form rather than to the whole site.
Cookies
This site sets cookies for:
- Google Analytics, set by Google's own tag
- Security: a token used to verify that a form submission genuinely came from this site
- Our database client, which sets cookies as part of how it works, even though this website has no user accounts and nothing to log in to
We do not use a cookie banner and there is no consent gate on this site. Analytics cookies are set when you arrive. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Who else can receive information
These are the third-party services this website communicates with. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data it receives:

If you book a consultation through the embedded Calendly scheduler, the information you enter there goes to Calendly and is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We do not currently operate a fixed retention schedule. Contact form submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Email admin@alchemyapps.co to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Say what you're asking for and we'll action it.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on, and block cookies in your browser.
Payments and accounts
This website has no user accounts and no login. The one thing you can pay for through this site is the AI Assessment, and that payment happens inside the embedded Calendly scheduler, processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to this website, and are handled under Stripe's and Calendly's own privacy policies. We receive confirmation of your booking and payment, not your card number.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date at the top.
