AlchemyAlchemy — Monetize Iron Ideas
Search & AI Visibility, from $250 a month

Your website, a little better every month.
And a report that shows you what moved.

A lot of small business websites get built once and never touched again. They get stale. On this plan we track how people find you on Google, on Bing, in Google's AI answers and in Microsoft's Copilot. Every month you get two hours of work on your site, from keeping it updated to making it better based on what we see. You also get a report that shows what we did and what it did.

  • Two hours of work on your site every month
  • Google, Bing and AI answers tracked for you
  • A report that starts with the month in a few lines
  • Month to month, cancel anytime

That's how long the main image took to show up. Google counts how a page loads on a phone, so the monthly work starts from a site that's already fast.

What goes stale on a website

The code underneath

The framework your site runs on keeps getting new versions and security patches. Skip them for a year or two and the site gets slower, harder to fix and easier to break into.

The pages

Prices, services, hours and photos change. The site still says what was true the day it launched.

The content

A blog post brings in visitors for a few months. Then newer pages on other sites pass it, and the visits slowly dry up.

The plan keeps all three from going stale. Every month the updates go in, the pages stay current, and the site gets something new or better.

Every month, the same four steps.

  1. Step 1

    We track

We pull your Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Bing numbers every night or every week, and each week we check where you show up on Google for the searches that bring you business.

  2. Step 2

    We find what to fix

Searches where you're close to page one. Pages that show up on Google but don't get clicked. Searches you're gaining or losing. Questions people type that your site doesn't answer yet.

  3. Step 3

    We fix it

We make the improvements we found, inside the two hours of work the plan includes each month.

  4. Step 4

    We show you

Before we change anything, we write down the numbers. In the first days of the next month you get a report with what we did and how it did against those numbers.

What we track

Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Bing Webmaster Tools are free, and many small businesses never open them. We connect them for you, and every week we also look up where you show up on Google ourselves.

Google searches

Which searches show your site, how often, and how many people click. Each week we also check where you land in the organic web results, the list of websites below the map, and who is at the top.

The map results

The three businesses Google shows next to the map. If you have a Google Business Profile, we check your main searches once a month from 25 spots around your business, because someone across town sees a different map than someone at your door.

Google's AI answer

Whether Google answers your customers' searches with an AI summary, and how often it shows your pages in it.

Bing and Copilot

Bing's searches, and how often Microsoft's AI assistant points to your site.

Site speed

Google's own speed and health test on up to ten of your pages, every month.

Form submissions

Which pages bring in contact forms and which only bring visits.

What about tools like Ahrefs or Semrush?

Tools like Ahrefs and Semrush do keyword research and scan your site for problems that can hurt your rankings. They're good tools. What we do covers the parts a small business needs from them. We track where you rank, research the searches worth going after, and test your pages with Google's own speed and health check.

The difference is what happens next. A tool gives you a dashboard, and you still have to read it, decide what to fix, and make the change. On our plan, we do that part. Every month we read your numbers, make the changes on your site, and show you in the report whether they worked.

We check from where your customers search.

Say you run an HVAC company in Sarasota. You also work Lakewood Ranch, Venice and Bradenton. Someone in Venice searching "AC repair near me" sees a different map than someone downtown. A snowbird up north looking for someone to check on their Florida house sees something else again.

So we check each search from the towns you work in, and from farther away when your customers search from home. Your report shows each town on its own line, so you can see where you're strong and where you're missing.

The monthly report

  • The first page sums up the month in a few lines and ends with the bottom line. The details come after, for anyone who wants them.
  • It uses plain words, like "the map results" and "Google's AI answer," and explains what each number means.
  • The last page has a sketch of a Google results page with every part labelled.
  • Each month we say what we'll watch. The next month we tell you whether it happened.
  • We build it with AI tools and check it before it goes to you.

What two hours a month looks like.

The two hours cover all the work on your site that month: reading your numbers, small bug fixes, framework and security updates, and the improvements the report calls for. The improvements are things like:

  • A blog post that answers a question your customers are already searching
  • A page for a town you work in but don't show up in yet
  • New titles and descriptions on pages that show up on Google but don't get clicked
  • A fix from the speed test

Bigger jobs, like a new section or a booking system, get their own estimate first. Hours reset each month and don't carry over.

Nobody can promise you a spot on page one, and you should walk away from anyone who does. What you get from us is something better on your site every month, and the numbers from before and after.

The plans

A New Site and the Website Plan

$1,500, then $250 a month

We rebuild your site, up to five pages, and then the Website Plan starts. That means the tracking, the monthly report, two hours a month of work on your site, and a support channel by email or Slack.

The plan is month to month, cancel anytime.

The Website Plan

$250 a month

Keep the site you have. You get the tracking, the monthly report, two hours a month of work on your site, and a support channel by email or Slack.

Month to month, cancel anytime.

The Custom Software Plan

$500 a month

For a business that runs on custom software. You get the tracking, the monthly report, five hours a month for bug fixes, upkeep and new features, and priority response.

Month to month, cancel anytime.

Can't do $1,500 up front? We can spread it out: $399 a month for 12 months with nothing up front, for the same rebuild and a year of the Website Plan, charged to a card or bank account each month. Leave before the 12 months are up and you pay what's left of the site. After the 12 months it drops to $250 a month, or you can stop. The site is yours once it's paid off, and the domain stays in your name the whole time.

Hosting for a website runs $10 to $20 a month.

Questions we get on the scoping call

Send us your website address. We'll show you how people find you today.

The scoping call is free. We'll look at how your site shows up on Google with you, and you'll leave knowing what we'd fix first.
