What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website, alchemyapps.co. They do not cover our mobile applications, which have their own terms provided through the app stores they are distributed on.

What this site is

This website describes what we do, shows work we've done, and gives you two ways to get in touch: a contact form and an embedded scheduling tool for booking a consultation.

It is informational, with one exception: the AI Assessment, which you can purchase through this site as described below. Beyond that, nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver work at a stated price or timeline.

Contacting us does not start an engagement

Submitting the contact form or booking a call does not create a client relationship and does not commit either of us to anything. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Until that exists, nothing you send us and nothing we say in a call is binding.

Please don't send confidential information through the contact form. Use it to tell us what you're trying to do, and we'll set up a proper channel if the conversation goes further.

Purchases: the AI Assessment

One thing is sold through this site: the AI Assessment, at the price shown. You buy it by booking a time through the embedded Calendly scheduler and paying as you book. Payment is processed by Stripe through Calendly. This website itself never handles or stores your card details.

The AI Assessment carries a money-back guarantee on its fee. If your roadmap isn't worth what you paid, we refund it. The guarantee applies to the AI Assessment fee only. To request a refund, email admin@alchemyapps.co.

Nothing else on this site is a purchase. There is no subscription, and all other pricing shown is indicative and describes how we typically scope work. It is a starting point for a conversation. Build projects and advisory engagements begin only under a separate written agreement, as described above.

Content and ownership

Everything on this site (text, design, code, and layout) belongs to Alchemy Apps LLC unless stated otherwise.

Work shown in case studies belongs to the clients who commissioned it. Client names, logos, and product names are their property and appear here to describe work we did, not to imply those companies endorse us.

You may read, link to, and share this site. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or present its content as your own.

Third-party tools and links

This site embeds and links to services we don't operate, including the scheduling tool and links out to app stores and other sites. We're not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data. Their terms apply when you use them.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but we don't warrant that everything on it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Descriptions of past work, capabilities, and approach are provided as general information. Don't rely on this site alone to make a business decision. Talk to us first.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Alchemy Apps LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
